Timing is Everything

Timing is everything.  The stars have finally aligned for me to start my own healthy living blog.  I will admit, I am excited and nervous!  Thank you for being here.

4 years ago, a friend and I started a blog called Newly Everything where we wrote about all of the new things that we did in our new city, Atlanta, with our new husbands.  I will say that we tried many new things in Atlanta because of the blog.  It was great!  Ultimately, we decided to stop blogging because we both landed full-time jobs.  A few years ago, I started to miss it but wasn’t quite ready to jump in again because I was still working full-time. Things have changed.  I am now working part-time and have the time to devote to a blog.

I love sharing with others.  Right before we stopped blogging, we had a little following which was kind of fun.  Connecting with people makes me feel alive.

Right now, my vision for this blog is to share my everyday experiences with you focusing on health, wellness, and nutrition.  I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and I recently completed the Health Coach Certificate program at Emory.  I have a true passion for HEALTH!

I have spent hours on other people’s blogs, and the one thing that they all have in common is that they inspire me which is what I hope you find here.  I believe that we all have what it takes to plant the seeds to a healthier version of ourselves.  Don’t wait until it is too late to start taking care of YOU!

I am not setting an rigid rules about how often I am going to blog because that feels forced.  I do not want to feel like blogging is something that I have to do.  I am going to blog when it feels right.

Looking forward to sharing this new journey with you!
